Job Description

Working Days: Monday – Sunday (2 days off)

Working Time: Shift Rotation

Location: Damansara

Salary Range: RM3000/month basic (depends on experience and skills)

Date of Commencement: December 2018


  1. EPF, SOCSO and EIS
  2. Transport Allowance: RM250/month
  3. Parking Claim: RM100/month
  4. Shift Allowance: RM500/month
  5. Medical Claim (inpatient and outpatient)
  6. OT no Cap

Job Description:

  1. Provide quality customer support (24/7) through Digital channels for our customers
  2. Monitor various company communication channels including call center, social media, web enquiries, etc. and respond appropriately in a timely manner
  3. Gather feedback from drivers and passengers, observe front-line issues such as booking cancellation reasons, etc. and report promptly to supervisor
  4. Perform ad-hoc task as required by the team to improve overall business such as market research, service quality audit, etc.
  5. Perform administrative task involving driver’s account (credit top-up, change in driver information, etc.)
  6. Support other department campaigns when the need arises

Job Requirements:

  1. Must possess at least an SPM certificate or equivalent
  2. At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
  3. Fluent in Malay and English
  4. Below the age of 40
  5. Able to start immediately
  6. Malaysians Only
