Job Description
  1. Responsible and work on the all HR operations activity including Records Management, Benefits and insurance administration, staff uniforms and leave management.
  2. Responsible to manage Human Resource Information System (HRIS), i.e. employee records and database as well as generating of management reports, etc.
  3. To develop fair HR policies and procedure and provide coaching/advice to departmental heads on employee relations, performance and disciplinary issue as well as strategic HR support to ensure activities are aligned with business objectives and operational effectiveness.
  4. Handle inquiry pertaining to HR matters, maintain the confidentiality of staff information and cascade queries/information to immediate superior for complex matters.
  5. Responsible to prepare and implement performance management procedures for all employee and conducting analysis on performance report for management review.
  6. Act as a contact point regarding labour legislation issues and manage employees’ grievances
  7. Coordinate resources and activities as needed to achieve deadlines and results.
  8. Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
  9. Responsible for assisting immediate superior on other matter such as hiring, candidates screening and interview, expatriate matters, exit management, training, manpower planning and budget as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures.
  10. Attend other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
