Human Resource Executive

Job Description


  • Work closely with Head of Department in the full spectrum of Human Resources function including managing and providing administration support in recruitment, payroll, training, and development, employee relations and other HR matters
  • To liaise with government statutory bodies – EPF/SOCSO/HRDF
  • Source, arrange and conduct recruitment / selection/ induction/ orientation programmes
  • Manage company’s training & development needs including HRDF
  • Handling disciplinary issue, staff counselling and grievances, terminations and other employee relation matters in compliance with local labour law
  • Handle all type of HR letter and correspondence
  • Develop Human Resource planning and ensure that it plans adequately for all company future engagement that will involve people
  • Proposing and formulating the full range of Human Resources Policies.
  • Ability to handle workforce management – attentive to all staff welfare. Try to get constructive feedback for the company and propose corrective measures if required
  • Ad hoc task assigned by superior/Management from time to timer


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree/Bachelor in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Strong communications and negotiation skill with effective interpersonal and people management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Ability to independently with good problem-solving skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, responsible and able work in team
  • Remuneration package will commensurate with the experience and capability of the candidate
