1. To work in different departments throughout the Company or associate companies within the Group to gain perspective on the end to end business, operations, process flow, compliance and standard operating procedure within the Company and Group with the goal of eventually becoming a highly valued resource in the Company.
2. To work and liaise effectively with the different internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs.
3. To ensure that day to day operations are in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure which has been set.
4. To monitor the different business functions and locations that impact customer and report accordingly for improvement.
5. To prepare reports and make an effective presentation at the end of period in each assigned department.
6. To identify areas for improvements and recommend solutions for improvements.
7. To prepare and provide timely and accurate periodic update, reports, findings and analysis to Management.
8. To do other assignments, task or project assigned by the Company from time to time.
