Service Coordinator

Job Description

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday  9am – 6pm Saturday(Alternate)  9am – 1pm

Location: Kelana Jaya

Salary: RM1500 – RM2500

Job Description:

  1. To liaise with the Company’s subsidiaries on all HR and administration related matters
  2. Checking of staff attendance, monthly claims and medical invoices
  3. Prepare monthly reports
  4. Other administrative duties

Job Requirements:

  1. Possess Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or other related field
  2. At least 1-2 years’ of related working experience
  3. Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  4. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
  5. Good command in Mandarin or other Chinese Dialect (both spoken & written)
  6. Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
