Waterpark Manager

Job Description


Oversees and leads the daily operations of all slides, pools, and attractions within the Water Park and Hotel area at LEGOLAND Malaysia. Enhancing the department and company performance by taking ownership of various initiatives as scheduled while exploring opportunities to add value to department performance and results. Establishes and maintains all procedural, safety and Guest Service standards. Has responsibility for leadership and management of Water Park supervisor, head lifeguards, life guards and slide attendants (MCs) and supports other operational and commercial interests. In summary, the incumbent is accountable for the administration, operation, and direct management necessary to achieve stated objectives in guest/associate safety, sanitation/cleanliness, equipment safety, costs, employee retention, and guest service satisfaction.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • Strong verbal and witten communication skill in English

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in managing Waterpark Operation

  • Experience with leading staff and problem solving skills strongly preferred

  • Possess ability to present information in one-on-one, small group, large group situations to customers, clients, and other team members

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills required

  • Basic computer knowledge such as Word and Excel are required
